Day 5- Marketing

Today, Brooke and I headed to Remy to get more content and market some particular pieces. We marketed Remy’s fundraiser, Launch2Life, by getting shots of us wearing the t-shirts that support the cause. Launch2Life is a fundraiser whose goal is to help build a community of trusted and educated adults who can support children struggling with mental health. Each $100 donated gets 1 adult Mental Health First Aid certified. Then, we uploaded and edited photos for Remy and Launch2Life. Brooke and I walked into a department store to see more of the marketing and selling sides of things. We chatted with a nice sales associate, Analese, who works for Jo Malone (a perfume company), who shared aspects of her job and the specific reason she likes working in sales. Also, we learned some tips and tricks on what makes a good salesperson–Analese was a great example of this! She was super complimentary, energetic, and knowledgeable.
